Good To Know
- Curly or wavy textures appear shorter than straight hair of the same labelled length, due to the natural coil pattern — worth explaining to clients before install.
- When in doubt, order a longer length. Trimming down is always possible; adding length back is not.
- Length is measured from weft to tip with the hair pulled straight, not as installed — installed length may sit slightly shorter depending on install method.
